Returns

30-day refund promise

Our products are digital PDF downloads. If you change your mind or a pack isn’t right for you, email support@neuroinsighthealth.com within 30 days of receiving access and we’ll refund the price you paid, even if you’ve downloaded the files.

Include your order number or purchase email address. No physical return is required, and you don’t need to give a reason.

We’ll arrange your refund within 14 days of receiving your request, using your original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Your payment provider may take additional time to display it. We charge no refund fee.

After a refund under this voluntary promise, please delete the files and stop using or sharing them.

Problems with your download

If files are missing, won’t open or don’t match their description, contact us for help. Your statutory rights remain protected, including any rights to repair, replacement or a price reduction for faulty digital content. These rights may continue beyond 30 days.

Our 30-day promise is additional to, and does not limit, your statutory cancellation or consumer rights.
